IMMEDIATLY

• Read all the tournament information (rules, policies, format, etc)

• Register for the event

PREMIER INTERNATIONAL CUP  - Labour Day Weekend - September 2nd - 4th 2023

PREMIER SPRING SHOWCASE, FESTIVAL & ID CAMP - Easter Weekend - March 29th - 31st 2024 (ID Camp - April 1st 2024) 

PREMIER SPRING CUP  - June 15th & 16th 2024. 

 

UPON REGISTRATION

• When registering please make sure to fill out all the survey questions correctly. If your team is requesting to play a different division than you usually do, still answer your true age/division and make a note about wanting to play somewhere different. If we have to merge divisions we want to be able to make the most competitive divisions possible and can't do that if we are not working with the correct information. 

• Travel Teams - Visit your team dashboard and block hotel rooms for your team to pick up (remember blocks of rooms will expire if they are not reserved within 10 days) If you need more time to pick up rooms or have questions about blocking rooms contact us HERE

WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE EVENT

• Complete travel permits from Provincial/State Association - if you have any questions about this please contact us HERE

 

WITHIN ONE MONTH OF THE EVENT

• BC teams make sure any Short Term Event Player Permits  you need to fill out the application form  HERE. We will submit your permit to BC Soccer. Forms must be filled out 7 days before the event. 

• BC teams make sure you have received proper permission for all guest players playing with your team for the event. The form is available HERE

 

WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE EVENT

• Tournament schedule will be released HERE 7 - 10 days prior to the tournament start date

• Submit your travel documentation on your team dashboard - for more information click HERE

• Submit your team roster on your team dashboard - for more information click HERE

• Send game schedule to parents/players or have them download the "Premier Events" app from the Google Play Store on their Android or the App Store on their iPhone.

• Send field maps to players/parents.

• Review your team schedule

• Make sure you have proof of age for all your players in case you are asked for it by a tournament official.
