UPLOADING ROSTERS
All teams must upload their team roster to their team dashboard at least one week before the event.
Teams travelling from outside of British Columbia click here for information on travel permits.

Roster must consist of:
All coaches/managers (or any team staff member who will be on the bench)
-
Their full name
-
Their email
-
Their phone number

All players (regardless of the number of games they are playing - if a player will only be there for one game they still need to be on the roster)
-
Their full name
-
Their year of birth
-
Their jersey number (or numbers if they have a different number for home and away)

You can use the template available HERE or your league's usual roster download as long as it includes all the above information.

PLAYERS ON YOUR ROSTER MUST:
-
not appear on the roster of any other team in the event.
-
not be older than the age of the division they are playing in.
-
be registered with your club's governing body (eg. BC Soccer, US Soccer etc)

Any team found using players who are not registered, who are rostered on multiple teams and/or are over age will automatically forfeit the match they are playing and the opposing team will receive a 1-0 win.
